How Our Waitlist Works

Joining our waitlist is the best way to make sure one of our beautiful standards goes home in your arms. We keep it simple — here's the whole process.

  1. Say hello

    Reach out and tell us what you're hoping for — gender, color, and a little about your family. We'll answer your questions and make sure we're a good fit for each other.

  2. Place your waitlist deposit — $250

    A $250 deposit (along with a quick Deposit Agreement) secures your place in line. Spots are saved in the order deposits are received — so the earlier you join, the sooner it's your turn. Your deposit is applied toward the total price of your puppy.

  3. A litter arrives

    We give new puppies about two weeks to settle in and make sure everyone is healthy and thriving. Then we reach out to waitlist families — in deposit order — but only if the litter has the gender, color, and size you're looking for.

  4. Your turn — 24 hours to decide

    When it's your turn, you'll have 24 hours to decide: move your deposit to this litter, or keep waiting for a future one. If you pass, you don't lose your spot — you simply stay in line until the right puppy comes along.

  5. Pick your puppy

    Final picks are made at around 3–6 weeks of age, once personalities and looks are easier to see. We'll send pick videos and photos — and honestly, most families already know! We're also happy to set up a Zoom or FaceTime so you can meet the puppies live. A $500 puppy deposit (your $250 applies toward it) reserves your specific puppy.

  6. Come-home day

    Puppies go home at eight weeks with a vet check, current vaccinations and deworming, and our written health guarantee. We can meet you, greet you at the Nashville airport, or hand deliver — delivery options here.

Pricing: our Standard Poodle puppies range from $2,500–$3,200 depending on color, gender, and estimated adult size. Exact prices are set once puppies arrive, since coat colors and markings aren't always predictable until birth. Puppies in our current litter are $2,850.
Deposit policy, in plain English: if we can't offer you a puppy of your chosen gender or color within one year, your $250 deposit is fully refundable. If we do offer a matching puppy within the year and you decline — for timing, price, or personal reasons — the deposit becomes non-refundable, but you're always welcome to keep your spot for future litters.
Pets first: our puppies are placed as pets on Limited AKC registration, and prices reflect that. Interested in breeding rights? Let's chat before you place a deposit — breeding rights are handled case by case.
Why no in-person visits? Young puppies are very vulnerable to dangerous illnesses like Parvo, which can be unknowingly carried in on shoes or clothing. Protecting our mamas and babies comes first — so instead, we keep you close with frequent photos, videos, and live video calls.
